Lake Como, Lake Lugano & Lake Maggiore, Italy

We love special places and it doesn't get more special than Lake Como. We manage over 180 properties on the lake and would like to make sure everybody who visits the Lake enjoys their stay and comes back in the future.
All our properties can be seen at Lake Como Homes including the Residence Eden Apartments.
We also rent properties on Lake Lugano and also on Lake Maggiore. The Porto Letizia (left photo) on Lake Lugano complex, provides spectacular lake frontage and full facilities, making it ideal for family holidays or long breaks. Both Lake Como, Lake Lugano & Lake maggiore properties can be booked through our main booking facility in Switzerland.

Lugano, Switzerland: Our office in Lugano is the hub of all the booking activities. In close proximity to Lake Como with the advantage of Swiss communications and multilingual staff the bookings are taken by phone, email and online and all subsequent information that a visitor needs is relayed from here.
Menaggio, Lake Como: Our office in Menaggio looks after all property management activities and support for guests who encounter unexpected problems or need a helping hand on their visit. This office also assists visitors with booking local excursions & activities.
Torquay, England: Our office in Devon is the marketing and accounting centre that looks after all the website developments, digital and traditional marketing activities and manages the financial elements of the business with both owners and visitors.
